Neosapiens, or Newmen as they're more commenly called in the Gamma age, are the descendents of humanity, warped by technology and a hostile environment into a new breed. The neosapien genome seems to be quite dynamic as the characteristics of Newmen seems to differ radically both between regions and generations.
- Medium: As Medium creatures, newmen have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
- Newman base land speed is 30 feet.
- +2 Racial bonus on fortitude saves against radiation.
- Mutation: Newmen have four mutation points to spend on mutations from the mutations list. With GM permission you may start with a single drawback as well.
