More like I kept putting it down, losing it with all the packing and boxes, finding it, working on it, etc.
Too bad I rushed the colouring when I worked on it today - it looks kinda sucky. Mebbe you don't see it, but I do. The background is blech, the sparkly thingies around the orb looks blech (but at least the orb looks good. I went through over a dozen designs for that thing on a separate sheet of paper), and I stuck my name/signature in a positively terrible place. >_< What can I say, I'm tired and not thinking.
I am quite pleased with the shading, though. For now, anyway. Too bad the colours were washed out a bit by the scanner. I'd putz with it in Photoshop but A) I don't care enough, and B) this monitor is a colour killer. And running PS on the other computer off of this computer is just a pain (as is, I scanned it with the other computer).
I'm just glad this monstrosity is finally done. @_o;
