The Product

The Product. Live it. Love it. Buy it.

I created The Product in my Dance Theory and Improv class, during an exercise wherein we were to draw a crayon picture and then compose a short dance to accompany the picture. The actual drawing of The Product was not originally supposed to be a product, but the cube and writing kind of came to me naturally. I remarked, after the picture was done, that it looked like some sort of alien magazine ad. That's how this cube and writing became the symbol of The Product.

The actual picture is more detailed and complicated than this particular iteration of The Product, and spawned the fabled 'Product Roll' dance technique. Those of you who can see me in person should ask to see it. This picture is a 'cleaned up' product, containing only the facets of the original ad that conveyed the idea of The Product. The small version of this picture is my livejournal portrait, and the thumbnail is a perfect little buddy icon.
