This wikitree will serve as a guide to creating a character within the city of New Washington. While not necessarily comprehensive, it should be able to cover most of the information necessary to build a New Washingtonian from the 'ground' up.
There will be two methods to creating a New Washingtonian: you may either do so step-by-step or select each detail from a list in whatever order you wish.
